THE PLATINUM PACKAGE - from $1000 *

Available anytime Monday to Sunday

This package is designed for the wedding ceremony of your dreams, perfect for those looking for a dedicated marriage celebrant for their Sunshine Coast weddings. I will provide a PA with wireless microphone, and you can invite an unlimited number of guests.

We will kick off the planning with our first meeting – coffee or beer/wine on me!

During this meeting, we will complete the first crucial piece of paper – the Notice of Intended Marriage, which must be submitted at least one full calendar month before your Sunshine Coast wedding ceremony and is valid for 18 months.

As your marriage celebrant, I will need to sight some identification; either your birth certificate and photo ID or your passport. If either of you has been married before, I will need documentation stating that the previous marriage has ended.

At our meeting, we’ll chat about how you envision your ceremony, who you'd like to include, and what elements may be important to you. I’ll ask various questions about your love story, how you met, and details about the proposal — all the good stuff 😊

About 3 months before your big wedding day, we’ll meet again to fine-tune every detail of the ceremony. I’ll create a step-by-step plan that fulfills your vision. It’s your special day, and I want it to be exactly how you imagined.

My ceremonies are crafted from scratch, tailored specifically for each couple. I’ll provide you with a “couple’s questionnaire,” which I’ll use to write my introduction and narrate a beautiful story throughout the ceremony.

I can assist you in writing your own vows or provide a simple option that includes the required legal wording.

Your vows can be printed on elegant cards I have, or we can opt for the “repeat after me” technique.

If you’re feeling nervous or have a sizable bridal party to organize, we can also schedule a rehearsal for an additional cost of $80.

On your special day, you’ll need to provide 2 witnesses over the age of 18.

The day after your ceremony, I’ll take care of lodging all the necessary paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages. 

Additionally, I can order an official marriage certificate for you at the same time, saving you hassle later on. BDM will send you an email with the invoice, and once cleared, they’ll mail your certificate. A standard certificate currently costs $56.20, with an average processing timeframe of a couple of weeks.

GOLD PACKAGE - from $950 *

Available anytime Monday to Sunday

This package is tailored for an elopement or a simple Sunshine Coast wedding ceremony with a maximum of 20 guests. No microphone is needed, just an intimate gathering with your nearest and dearest.

Included in this package is a planning meeting where we’ll complete the Notice of Intended Marriage, which also must be done at least one full calendar month before your ceremony and remains valid for 18 months.

During our meeting, I will need to sight identification, either your birth certificate and photo ID, or your passport. If either of you has been married before, I’ll require documentation indicating that the previous marriage has ended.

We’ll discuss how you’d like your ceremony to be structured and who or what you wish to include.

I’ll write a personalized ceremony that reflects your unique love story. I can help craft your vows or provide a simple one that meets legal requirements.

Your vows can be printed on lovely cards I have, or we can use the “repeat after me” format.

If nerves are a concern or if you have a larger bridal party, we can schedule a rehearsal, which comes with an additional fee of $80.

LEGALS ONLY - from $600 *

Available all day Monday to Thursday, and mornings only on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Big elaborate weddings are not for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. Perhaps you’d prefer to take care of the legal part right here in Australia before launching into a larger ceremony abroad with your loved ones. 

Or maybe you’ve been together for many years and feel it’s time to legalize your union without all the fuss.

Whatever your reason, a “Legals Only ceremony” offers a quick and straightforward alternative.

Similar to all marriages, you’ll need to complete a Notice of Intended Marriage with me at least one full calendar month before the ceremony, accomplished during our first meeting.

At that meeting, I’ll need to sight identification, either your birth certificate and photo ID or your passport. If either of you has been married previously, I’ll need documentation showing that marriage has concluded.

You can have your ceremony at home, in a park, or over a cup of coffee. I’ll conduct a simple ceremony with just the legal elements, we’ll sign a few documents, and just like that, you’re married!

You’ll also need 2 witnesses over 18. If you need assistance in finding witnesses, I am happy to help; I always have a friend or two ready to assist — who wouldn’t want to join in on a wedding!

EXTRAS

* Prices are based on your wedding venue being located on the Sunshine Coast, spanning from Noosa to Caloundra, or within the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Should your wedding venue be up to 100km from this area, an additional fee of $100 will apply.

For venues over 100km, prices will be discussed.

With all of my ceremony packages, when I file your marriage online, I’m happy to order an Official Marriage Certificate for you simultaneously, so you don’t have to handle it. BDM will email you an invoice, and once it’s settled, they will send your certificate in the mail. A standard certificate currently costs $56.20, with an average processing timeframe of a couple of weeks.

If you wish to have a rehearsal, there will be an additional charge of $80.
